Will try to cover most of the steps and as many pictures to explain most of the assembly, your help and participation will be appreciated

Start of the assembly the first thing I mostly do is get the plane on to it’s wheels, not always the correct choice but for most of the assembly I find it easier to build and most importantly it keeps hanger rash down to a minimum. The wheels went on well and everything lined up and all the holes were good no problems.

Yesterday I got all the horns epoxied in not a fun job but it went well and all the slots needed a tiny bit of work, but it all went well and is done. Must say the horns supplied are long will need quite long servo arms for this setup. You can also see the wing strut bracket on the wing it was also epoxied in at the same time as the control horns.

In the pic you can see the setup required to program the servos. It can be done by a programmer or with your radio either way works, I just prefer the programmer. There are 8 or 10 parameters that you can set that benefits your setup. One of the best ones that I use all the time is how much the servo rotates.

Ok after all the programming installed the 2 elevators servo,

this went better than what I expected. Not the easiest to fish the servo wire in and out but got it done. The rest went well. Must say up to now the Flex plane has been well build and everything is fitting nicely, I hear a lot of complaints on the internet but I have not seen anything that I would complain about. And I must say the lady that did the covering should get pay rais.

Slid the elevators onto the fuselage all went well everything lined up. Also installed the rudder and all the linkage that went well got the lengths correct the first time for a change, tension looks ok but it will stretch and I am not sure if I have enough left on the threaded links to fix that time will tell.

Sorry not much to report went indoor flying and had a good time, all I can say is indoor flying is hard on planes. Every time I go I have some repairs to do for the next time.
Just making extensions for the rudder and 2 for the elevators, I use all the pins and clips from Henson hobbies they seem to work for me and never had a problem over the years.

Thanks for mentioning Hanson Hobbies. I used to use them for all my wiring needs but did not have them in my newer LT favorites. I'm very slowly getting all my go to sites back.
