    There are light stick tensions among all the newer Spektrum radios. From the DX7 to the DX18. I'll stick with my JR 9503 until it finally craps out. (Been good so far, knock on wood.) I'll probably end up getting another 9503 or maybe even a 12X if I can find one for the right price.

    I had a suggestion that my batteries may not be the advertised 30C. This was proven later after a 8-9 minute long flight in the Carbon Cub with the other pair of (identical) batteries. They were puffed like marshmallows.

    I've got a Xoar 16x8 on mine and I'm running 3000's. I can get just over 6 minutes if I fly a healthy balance of 3D and precision. I don't generally break half throttle, so my power usage is low.
