    Here's my multiplex installation in my PAU Extra 300. I put them at 45 degrees, so they're easy to plug and unplug. They work great, and really make assembly at the field easy!!

    That's good news!! I've seen that recommendation for my engine as well (DA-120). It's brand new, so there's going to be vibration... so I'm going to wait a little while, but it's really supposed to help.

    This is my first new DA. I have a DLE 55, and a DLE 30, which on the 55 have ran for over a year, and only turned the mixture 1/8 of a turn from factory settings. So with regards to my DA, just leave it at factory for now unless the plugs are black? I'm running 32:1 on fuel.

    I'll tell you one thing, I flew for the first time the other day in a little bit stronger wind, and I hardly had to give it any corrections on uplines, etc. It flies where you want it to go. I really love it! I want another PAU now!

    Yea, I only fly IMAC, but I watch all these videos and some of the guys are pretty hard on their planes... I was just curious if they hopped up their planes any. I like the factory wing bolts which can be tightened by hand, and they don't come loose. I'm still building confidence with it and...

    I was wondering, do all the hardcore 3D guys just use the out of the box assembly (nylon wing bolts, etc.) for their planes or do they use metal bolts? maybe add cotter pins to the anti rotation dowels? Anything like that? I guess I'm curious about any mods made to the airframe or parts?

    Same here. I agree with you. My DLE 55 was brand new when I bought it and I've only turned the mixture 1/8 of a turn one time. My DA is running great, and I just want to make sure it's not a problem, but I really hate to mess with it.
