Awesome! Exactly what I needed to know. Thanks!

    36% PAU Edge 540T

Currently offshore right now. Can somebody do me a favor and post measurements of the wing (root, tip, leading edge)? I'm wanting to try out a set of wing bags from http://www.hobby-pak.com/ and want to be sure they'll fit as their medium bags are a few inches smaller than wing totes that I...

    Extreme Flight 104 Extra 300

Can't help ya on that one. I know people who run less than premium with no issues but I use 91 or 93 depending on whats available. Also I meant to say deflect air from the hole, don't completely block it...just wanted to clarify that. The cover has an upset on it that will keep the un screwed...

    Extreme Flight 104 Extra 300

Block the hole on the diaphragm cover from incoming air. Easily done by cutting a square piece of aluminum from a soda can and using 3 of the 4 screws from the cover to secure it to the carb and leave the screw out of the aluminum that is closest to the hole. You can also purchase a cover with...

    PAU Owners Thread

The only place I've seen it referenced is on the peter goldsmith chart. Basically setup to do a roll with no corrections and see whether the plane walks right or left and adjust from there. I know on my ef104, I threw it together in a hurry and had about 6 or 7 degrees difference in up/down...

    PAU Owners Thread

Thanks. That's probably part of my problem then. Mine are about a 1/4" higher. I usually measure on these types of horns and atv's usually end up within 3-4 points of each other. I really like the fact that it takes very little radio adjustment on these to get the servos matched. Before...

Ailerons...basically the height of your control horn, hinge line to center of clevis. I'm wandering if I need to make mine a little shorter to put less stress on the bolt. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    PAU Owners Thread

Herve, would you mind sharing the distance from the hinge line on your setup? I know on my ailerons I have them a tad bit below 1-3/4" from the hinge line. Basically setup to give me 40 degrees of throw with 1.5" arms and servos around 130. Don't remember on my elevators but running around...

    Joe Nall 2016 = QUIET!!!

Me personally, not gonna let this get me down on my first of hopefully many trips to nall. Luckily I have a pair of pro flows laying around collecting dust that I will install in one of my planes just to be on the safe side (just placed an order for a new cowl as well). I also have a few Mej...

    Joe Nall 2016 = QUIET!!!

The post says that they require the planes to be neighbor friendly and that can be accomplished with the use of cans, 3 blades, soft mounts, etc.... My plan is to install a set of cans in one of my planes that I have laying around and fly that if I can't control myself with my normal planes.

    Official Joe Nall 2016 thread!!!!!!!

I don't know, I still have a set of pro flows. Its probably not going to be as strict as say noise judging for score in IMAC, i think its more or less geared at people who fly full WOT all the time. I'm sure there will be more clarification but sure would hate to make the trip all the way...

    Official Joe Nall 2016 thread!!!!!!!

Well this is kinda a bummer. Just saw this on the tripple tree website for next year. Guess I'm going to have to install some canisters if I want to fly there next year. JOE NALL WEEK 2016 – QUIET IS THE WORD! Recent AMA articles have dealt with the issue of noise created by some of our...

Horizon Hobby's I Flew Big at Joe Nall 2015 - Video

I wish those crazy 3d jet guys would let us get a tug on one of those! This is a cool program though for people to try something new or something they probably wouldn't get the chance to do anywhere else.

    3D Viper-ST 100-120cc scratch build......it continues!

Any chance on there ever being a sweet deal again like these were when first introduced on Fibertech's website? Kicking myself in the butt for not buying it then. Also, I haven't had a chance to go through the complete thread but did the control horns ever become available for purchase with...
