    I did an upgrade to the canopy. Gelcoated, carbon fiber reinforced and fiber glassed. Still light and strong. The cut out of the windows and trimming can be done by customer.

    Thank God it's over. She's done. Ready to be transported to her new home in California where customer will continue with glass work, covering, scale detailing, painting and anything else that he wants to do with it. Looking forward to see her flying.......

    No, it will be covered in fabric. The customer will continue working on the plane and make it as to scale. I think that part of the wing was metal and part fabric.

    A bit more done. Outboard flaps installed. The aileron is not hinged yet and I might leave that to customer. Everything is only pre hinged for removal so customer can do his glassing and painting.

    P40 fuselage is out of the mold. Detailing is next. sanding flashing. I am happy the way the rivets turned out. I made the rivets bigger on purpose to compensate for sanding, priming and painting. There will be a cover plate going on front of the wing root for a clean finish.
