65" Vyper Discussion Thread
For the pull pull rudder setup you will normally want a 3" double servo arm arm - you can see from the photo (which is from the build manual) the length of the arm relative to the width of the fuselage. KEEP IN MIND: the Vyper has a HUGE rudder...you won't need much deflection to see...- SnowDog

91" Extra 300-EXP ARF
Double check with Matt (@Enterprise)...he has some of these baffles on one of his planes last year, and it appeared that some of the material (white) melted onto his cylinder head making the engine appear white. Not sure if that is a problem or not, but I do wonder what the heat rating is on...- SnowDog

ouch.,really sorry to see that. I don't think the wind was your enemy...this thing can fly in any wind...I'm thinking your rate setting was wrong? Did you start it on high rates? PAU 30% Sukhoi SU-26
I'll be interested how you secure the baffle to the inside of the cowl...I had to do this on an older Su-26 that I had, and it did not stay secured. It sounds like you plan on fiberglassing the baffle in place from the inside? As usual, I'm learning another trick from this build thread!- SnowDog
