    Basically the cold wet cloth dissipates the heat in the covering quicker. Which in turn with light rubbing pressure helps the adhesive glue tighter against your structure underneath. Remember, it is heat that creates these nasty wrinkles and bubbles. Because of the gashes that the adhesive...
