    Flight Pack Opinions

In my two 35% planes... One is all HV, so I run Fromeco Wolverine switches, a pair of 3600 mah Lipos, and a Tech Aero IBEC. The other has low voltage servos, so it has a Wolverine, two WrongWay 2500 A123's and a Tech Aero IBEC

What's impressive is that the EME went 35 gallons without the rod bearings taking a dump. hehe :fat:

    Wing tube phenolic??

No master builder here, but best I remember I have seen cardboard used in the past. Maybe on the old Wildhare 50cc planes?

    Exhaust leak grrr

This. Only difference is sometimes I will true the surfaces up with an aluminum sanding block and some 180-240 grit sandpaper.

Here is what I have on one of my planes. Seems to work great. 17685=11950-ImageUploadedByTapatalk1410577936.923223.jpg 17685=11951-ImageUploadedByTapatalk1410578110.635190.jpg 17685=11952-ImageUploadedByTapatalk1410578133.219566.jpg

    Booma RC Intellimatch servo matching

I really think most of the problem is the Pilot control arm location. It puts the pushrod at a bad angle when the servo is near the ends of travel, and it's outside of the 5% limit the unit can correct for. They should really move the hard point to be more in line with the servo pocket. I have...

    Roto Flow fuel tank

Ok. Whatever you say man. I have been doing this for a while, assembled quite a few tanks, and on none of them does the clunk fall to the front when you point the nose down. It does stay at the back, and yes it is dry for a short period of time.

    Roto Flow fuel tank

Clunk stays in the back of most any tank. It should anyway. The Rotoflow, seems like a good enough idea, but way to many moving parts to solve a problem that doesn't really exist with a conventional tank with a felt clunk. I have deadsticked a couple of my planes out of fuel with a felt...

    Booma RC Intellimatch servo matching

Well I got it to work pretty good by reducing the throw. I think my problem is the control arm geometry sucks. The pushrod and servo arm ends up almost in a straight line at full deflection and it's just off further than the intellimatch can compensate for at the ends of the travel. Because this...

    Booma RC Intellimatch servo matching

Ok I have fooled with this thing all afternoon. I have something wrong and haven't figured it out yet. It runs through its cycle and is dead perfect on one end of the travel, and binding on the other end. I have tweaked pushrod lengths, changed the height of the ball links on the control horns...
