    Muffler Bolt torque value?

One action with several opinions, you just have to pick one and give it a try. I have always had great luck with my method without the first problem. Then taz says not to use gasket material. I'm not sure of torque will be the same if using gasket cause its squishy and gives to pressure.

    Muffler Bolt torque value?

I'll explain the best I can. I use the gasket that comes with the engine without any washer's. I tighten them with the short end of the ball wrench till it won't move. Then I turn the wrench to the long end and put another 1\4 turn, maybe more maybe less just depends on how it feel's. I torque...

Look at Matt's build on the Pitts. He used solartex and sprayed a single stage paint straight on, no primer. A friend is recovering a stearman using the same method and it's looking great.

Anybody know of a lipo powered starter for the larger twin cyl. engines..??

Sullivan also has a megatron too. On 24 and a miller system it may turn a 170 over. These engines hand prop so easy, starters are rarely used anymore.

How large you wanna go? You can check out a 24v dynatron and add a miller belt reduction system to it. I've seen that thing turn a 100cc like a tiny glow motor.

    Bowman rings....Gone!

You're right but I didn't. I have many brands of engines including a DA-150 and they all run very good. I am a hobbyist that wanted a quad and I do not have a budget for an engine in that price range. I had 35's in a 310 and they ran flawless for two seasons that bowman ring's in them on the...

Alright that's two votes for the stock ring's. I'll save some money and stick to the stock set. Still going to find out if that's a good source that chickenballs give me and report back with what I find out.
