    You would be surprised. I did a before and after test with rear baffling and it told me I dropped 40 degrees. My spinner is no longer warm to the touch after a flight.

    Is yours still the plastic material? I made the switch to aluminum reed cages and carb mounts on both of mine 3 years ago and no problems since.

    I bought a fuel cap off of "Littlecrankshaft" thru his ebay store. Uses an O-ring to seal in the neck of a Fiji bottle. He included the metal fittings for the fill and vent as well. Set me back $20 shipped to the house.

    Cool, I got into the habit of putting some Threebond 1211 on the gaskets to alleviate any source of an air leak. Just a little bit though. Air leaks and stock ignitions have been the only problems I have had with my 106 and 110.

    Are your carb nuts tight? Mine would loosen over time and it would start hesitating in the air. Wouldnt do it on the ground. I would always replace the carb mounting gasket when this happens and it will be good to go for a couple more years.
