    OK they measure at 2 3/8" but my cowl overlaps my canopy by probably 3/4" so 2 5/8" would probably be better

    I will have to check that tonight. The way the cowl mounts you can adjust that. My standoffs are shorter than I should have made them so I could push the cowl out a little more. I may still change that. I will let you know what I got though and about what I would switch them too.

    The struts are for the gas build so pitch them. The build is actually really easy. I would suggest when you mount the cowl to put a plastic washer in between the cowl and the fuse. It makes the canopy go on and off easier. If you are going pull pull, run the cables before mounting the elevator...

    Well I had some LEDs on my work bench and my 70 slick was close by. Next thing you know I wrapped the motor box in LEDs. Pictures don't do it justice of just how unnecessary and ridiculous yet awesome it is. :)

    The 7955 is not labeled as HV but you can run them at 7.4 volts. They have just been around so long they don't have them on the packaging.

    I've run both and I haven't noticed a difference in the centering. I can say that my 7955s have always been my go to on the big stuff. I've put those servos through just about everything and they always perform.

    I don't have a watt meter so I never checked it. But it's got tons of power. Only thing I will probably change is a lighter battery. So I will be trying some 3800s in it. I wouldn't say it's crazy over powered but it definitely has unlimited vertical and it is a rocket. I prefer the larger...
