    Gasser Throttle Servo, What Do You Like?

    Digital whatever I have laying around. I dont buy special throttle servos. Anything around a .12 transit is perfect. The carb can only supply fuel so fast.

    Gettin closer....... Got the left wing to fit into the anti rotation sockets in the fuse. A coarse rat tail file worked wonders. Wasn't sure how far to go with it, so I just started sneaking up on it. Got the airplane out of the shop and into my rec room, and slid the wings on, and measured...

    I carried a Dalton 300, Carden Extra 330, Comp ARF MX2 all 40% in my 2000 model Explorer 4dr. Not all at the same time, but you catch the jest. But stabs had to come off. Even numerous 35% airplanes as well. It was my only vehicle at the time, and I racked up the miles travelling.

    I could use a simple programmer and set it up for hauling mode. Get a little more torque. It dont do bad with the 3.73 rear end. Had to do something. My Explorer was pissing anti freeze on the garage floor.

    Not bad! I know it is behind me at 70. I average between 11 and 13 mpg towing it. We took the truck to Michigan to Mid America Heli fly in. Averaged almost 23 going up, and in that heavy ass rain coming home got just a little over 21.

    Excursion, Expedition for the Ford line. I just bought a new '14 F150 with the 3.7L V6. And I also bought a 14' V nose trailer to go with it. Cant haul airplanes in a 5' long bed. Fortunately, I got the extended cab and 6.5' bed. Still wont put an airplane in the bed.

    No worries. Im planning on installing rudder servos in the tail. With the Dub, it was extremely nose heavy. Cant wait to see what it does with a more neutral CG.

    Good day, Mike! Is yours CG'd at 120mm at the wing tips? Atleast I think that is what they are wanting for CG. I will have to double check in the book. RTFM!

    Nope. Never used them. I use the balance feature on my XG11. Thats all I need.
