    Just get a little creative and make you some battery trays that fit over or on the sides of the engine. I had to do it with my 90" Extra 330 and a buddy's 74" Demonstrator. Works out great. Both planes have two 3000mah lipo Rx packs up front. I pulled out almost 8oz of dead weight from the...

    Agree it looks good :way_to_go:. But being "satisfied" for most (myself included) will never happen. Always that next project or some new gizmo we just HAVE to have to feed the "hunger".......ie "damn I'm hungry". :yesss:.

    Beautiful day today :). High at the field was 56 and barely any wind. Copious amounts of sunshine and blue sky. Sure beats that blasted cold that I hope is gone for another 10 years. Flew the 26cc Edge and QQ300 for a nice flight total of 7. To busy flying to get any pics or vid :on_the_go...

    I agree there buddy. The good news is I don't have to worry about that. But what I have seen of my friends Byron P-47 is; the brackets that hold the muffler get bolted to formers in the fuse and cowl and the muffler really does act as the motor mount. Basicly bowls down to just three bolts...

I have found this plane to get darn right "squirrely" and way over sensitive on any kind of throw with small expo and even moderate expo amounts if the Aura is not stabilizing it.
