    One thing I forgot to mention about using boost tabs, and your answer on using bigger servos, that would be like, don't get power steering for your car, just go to the gym and get bigger muscles LOL

    I understand your question, but going to bigger servos is not always a good solution, for instance where you would need two or three servos for an aileron, I would need only one, so no headaches there, plus you would need bigger batteries, all in all , more weight and more cost. So scale or not...

    got the two plywood root ribs glued into place, along with the inner wing alignment/holdown inserts, The rib is glued with weldbond, but any sandable carpenters glue will work, but I also put in some Gorilla Polyurethane glue for the inserts Also for the cold garage/shop, to keep all glues...

    got the springs for the oleo struts, , you will notice there is a small one inside the bigger on, and its 1/2 inch longer , this is to smooth out any bumps in the pits or whatever , but when the actual landing occurs, the small one will dampen quickly and the bigger one takes over. (hopefully)...

    Taxiing in the pits is not recommended anywhere because of safety issues, so we don't but on the other hand I fly a lot in the week with my buddy and since there is only the two of us, then we do it LOL and he's the president and I'm the vice president , just don't tell anyone LOL
