foam core repair
I'd get Gorilla glue use a seringe to put the glue down into the crack, (don't over do it) tape down the crack and let it expand and cure. Again, using a minimal amount will be key. But if you do it right It should be as strong as new. I'd also wet the foam with water first so the glue really...- SleepyC
