    Mike, I meant to tell you earlier that this past Saturday Bill and Jordan finally maidened that Edge they won at the Rolla Big Bird a couple years ago. They only got two flights in before they had some muffler issues, but it looked like it did well.

    I plowed into some beans that were about 4 feet tall when my plane was about a foot off the ground yesterday and it sounded horrible, but luckily the damage wasn't that bad, I can only imagine the nasty sound it makes when you hit trees, Yikes!

    Another frustrating day at the field. The GP61 in my Carf Extra died at half throttle again and again sailed just passed the field and ended up in the beans. Unfortunately this time it broke the gear plate loose on one side. So I got just over a minute in today.

    No doubt. I just converted the Australian Dollar to US and it's around $265. Still a lot of money, but if the sound Nazis are after you, you probably would love it.
