Oh my! Look what showed up today to my front door! I figured since the Behemoth Yak is now sporting a 3w quad, it would be only fitting to give her a brand new cowl to house that beasty motor in. Off work a little early today so I thought I would put the free time to good use. The tail gear swap on the Big Yak was really pretty easy even though I had to punch out the factory blind nuts and install new ones in a different location. I like the fact I will gain about an inch extra clearance...- stangflyer

No photos tonight fellas, but I did get out with my friends today to get in a few laps. My friend Aaron made it out after two months of not flying. Did a little flying today, being my only day off this week. But have managed to replace the tailwheel assembly on the big Yak. Originally I had a White Rose on her. But it just seemed so small in comparison of the size of the plane. So I removed it and replaced it with a brand new J and J tail...- stangflyer

I just really don't know. I have been in constant contact with Francisco from the very start. On numerous occasions I made it clear this needed to fit the 107" 35 (But really 37.5) percent Pilot RC Edge 540. Most people do not understand that even the full scale Edge is a much smaller airframe...- stangflyer

A little dismayed and really disappointed. The G Force pilot arrived in absolutely perfect condition. Heck, even the box it came in all the way from Spain looked like it was just barely folded.
