Is this prop safe to use ?

I most definitely would not use it. I would ask for my money back. Did you buy this used? I am surprised that if you did purchase it used, the seller would even offer such a questionable item.

Scale 50cc Scratch Build From My Own Design Revisited

I dunno...they look pretty good to me. I mean, the subject of the photo is what matters right? I must say, that is one awesome subject.

Another 12 hours of covering and I am just about tired. I finished up the trim on the top and bottom of the upper and lower wings. I think I like them.... But will make my ultimate decision on that subject when I see them mounted to the plane. Lol..... I will start cutting the 39000 miles of...

Seriously!!! Well that is good to hear. When you say preheat the oil, are you running a coil around the mufflers? Or do you have a more elaborate way to do this?

My fuel mixture after breakin is 40:1 Premium non ethanol/Red Line. New "dubs" get 32:1 Lawn Boy Ashless. New Chinese get 32:1.

I can only speak of what I've seen or experienced. My 100cc Pilot Edge covering started peeling off after 5 flights with the smoke system installed. The wood underneath got quite wet. My son's 43% PAU Edge was pretty much the same way. I peeled back the covering on my Pilot and soaked the wood...

It's not the issue of not enough ports...I definitely have plenty with the Smart Fly Micro 12. It is a matter of "commanded control" from an out put channel. Perhaps I am missing the point or am failing to understand what and how the exact and proper setup of a matchbox is and does. A couple of...

Very definitely you are welcome. Although I like to challenge myself and try new techniques, I try to not go out of my comfort zone. Painting and getting good results is just not a skill I have figured out. That is why I like using covering. Especially Ultracote. It is so versatile and at the...

Dang....those babies are sharp. Awesome job. You should be very pleased with yourself. Can't wait to see the rest of the plane covered.:yesss:

Progress on the Pitts is starting to slow up. It's those finishing up things that seem to take forever to complete. I finally got around to cutting the belly and the landing gear plate openings. I figured I best get to that while I had the plane upside down while building the throttle servo...

I know huh?!? I figured someone would point this out. I honestly really truly did consider it. But two things stopped me. The first being kind of paramount. "Weight"! The weight these things apparently come in, I was too sceard to add any more weight. Second stopper is, the last plane I had...

Your design is different from my Jtec Pitts. There is no joiner wire for the elevator halves. Ignition hall sensor is plugged in and timing set. Removed the extra rudder servo extension and reprogrammed my radio. I now have 1 rudder servo lead, 2 elevator and four aileron servo leads. All on...

Thanks Tanner. Removing one rudder servo as the Pitts really does not need two 7954 servos. Which will eliminate any need for "Y" harnesses and still leave me plenty of servo ports to single channel each surface.

I have plenty of ports with the Smart Fly Micro 12. Plus my Hitec programmer and radio offers any programming I will ever need.

I didn't like the Proflows on my 170. Low end and midrange was good. But they did restrict top end. I went back to my KS 90's. I am considering upgrading the 170 to a csts. I'd like to see if I can get 5900 to 6100 with a 33x11w Falcon. Right now I'm about 6100 to 6300 with a 32x11. I'm anxious...

Well it's actually funny you should ask that. As I was posting last night, I was thinking there is no reason to have two rudder servos. Especially since one 7954 is more than enough grunt for this plane. So last night after posting the progress, I made a decision to eliminate one rudder servo...

I was wanting to do some really off the wall things like adding "crow" as you suggested. But I just really don't like the "Y" setup. I really don't know why. Heck, until the elaborate radio systems came along, that is all we knew huh! For personal likes, I would probably split the rudders before...

This year...perhaps. Typically we have nearly year round flying if you can brave a little chilly weather for a few weeks. We normally have very mild winters. Not so much this year.
