Hear ya there! Quite a few years back I remember practicing on the sim, taking off, two quarter rolls off the deck to inverted, push to vertical and then a pop top. It was fun on the Sim.... one day I took off and without even a hesitation or provoking thought I was inverted... I scared myself...- AKNick

Seen a video where a guy put a VERY long tailwheel on a mojo so it was a few inches past the rudder. acted like a spring when he bumped the tail to the ground... but it kept him from having to patch the rudder covering! lol! It is quite the rush getting the plane close to the ground. Some days...- AKNick

I've been using the 5665MH. it has the cheaper iron core, and as I just found out, it's basically identical to the D-625MW at the same price. Thinking I may add a slot on one side of the trays strap recess so I can glue in a piece of double backed Velcro and then I can wrap it around itself while tugging. I'm just following what others have done at this point, because I'm pretty green when it comes to these kind of setups as well. My current meter should let me know if it's peaking out... I think.... Always weary adding inline components as they can create another avenue for failure. This is rated for 70A to 150A within ten seconds. 70V. They had 12gauge wire pigtails on it... I changed it to 10ga like the rest of the wires in the system. Pretty excited to have useful telemetry! Consumption...- AKNick

Redesigned the Futaba R7014SB tray. The original was too boxy, designed for foam padding... now it’s a snug fit, servo style grommets and sleeves. Now I am thinking about raising the side center posts to act like clips to retain the Rx in place of a strap. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- AKNick
