    OK! Got it out and mounted to a clamped 2x4 and got the YS 61 fired up! No need to start cutting the header in because the test run determined that a new con rod, piston and ring will be needed to get running good. Engine makes the louder than normal clanky sound and not very much compression...

    Just let me know what engines you want to test run and I can get you built up. The neat thing is it simply uses two bolts to hold it to a clamped 2x4. Something for big gassers would be considerably larger and would require a "dual" rail instead of the single rail used on the one in the pic. But...

    Just need to make and install the throttle servo mount and linkage. Individual motor adaptors are fabricated and held in place with four 1/4-20 x 3/4" socket caps. Four 8-32 x 1.5" ss hex heads and nylock nuts hold the 60-160 class engines to the adaptors. Something about sanded plywood beauty...

    Just an FYI...... I found this at HK for $4.90. Currently out of stock:sorry: of course. It is an Rcexl component so you can plug the Tach out from an Rcexl ignition in to the tm-1000.
