    It's only Eric and I here that fly. Nobody else around and the closest club is 2 hrs away so we tear it up at the local airport.

    Yeah, but I find I harder to keep them controlled up high. It seems like I can keep on top of things a bit better if if I have it up close and lower. I typically do them around 20-30ft up.

    Well I got in 5 good flights this afternoon! Landed a little tail heavy and ripped the tail wheel out of the fuse. [emoji45] It'll only take 10 minutes to fix though. I've really been workin on the rollers and slowly starting to be able to steer the plane...... somewhat. I think I made @ericrs...

    That's when you feel like you've accomplished nothing because you have to about learn it all over again! Like Terry said I started with just rudder inputs and then I would practice with just elevator input. Then when I got them both somewhat figured out I started throwing the two together.

    Hmmm I might have to try that stripped technique on my 30cc freestyle... I LOVE the way that looks!

    +10! I don't want to offend anyone but I was over there looking for something in an old thread this afternoon and got distracted reading another recent thread. Whew! It's dog eat dog over there if you get in the wrong thread! I'm glad I could come back to GSN and not worry about all that junk.

    Went out this morning about 8:30 and got one flight in and then snapped my tail wheel. [emoji13] It's the second tail wheel on my AW freestyle 260. I guess I need a stouter tail wheel. Too many harrier landings in the last while I guess. I got one from my buddy @ericrs that he took off his 50cc...
