    Aeroworks with ZDZ180

I am starting out by installing the ZDZ180. I was able to take the DA 150 template that comes in the kit and modify it to fit the carb through the back. Then I drilled my holes and cut out the circle for the carb and it fit in perfect. Now I can start using that to decided what drop of headers I...

    Aeroworks with ZDZ180

I have started assembling a new Aeroworks 42% extra 260. It will be running a ZDZ180B2-J Champion with JMB front dump canisters, Hitec servos and smart fly EQ10. I have always liked aeroworks planes and when I saw they were running a sale I decided to go for it and get another one. I drove (8...

    More ZDZ awesomeness, 224 Quad

The funny thing about that is we had the video camera at the field and went to power it up to find that we left the SD card in the computer at home. So all we could do is use our phones. I think it turned out pretty good. Thanks Brad for putting it together!

I bet that was **** Hansen out of Utah. He was the person that first introduced me to ZDZ and he did a ton of testing. These motors have incredible power with both tuned pipes and Pitts mufflers.

Yes you do have to cut a hole in the firewall. Yes @Terryscustoms and @Spats are right on with using the fender washers and the dowl trick. In my opinion you should be doing that to any motor. My wife was out back helping me toon and she actually commented on how nice it is that I am very clear...

Finishing up the baffling today. I left the top half of the cowl open on this one. I have done this on the 40% M12 and had great success with a very cool DLE 222 engine.

I am going to start out with a Falcom 32/12 for the first flight. Once the motor is broke in I will be trying out a few others as well. I will be running redline 32/1 and staying with it.
