The BS that went on at NALL on Friday Night

"can all be utilized" They are looking to meet AMA sound rec's, those are possible ways to accomplish that, nobody said you have to have all those if you don't exceed DB levels.

He's a very nice guy, and because of that I'm going to keep my pic's to myself. Sleepy about covered it though.

This was no tail rotor, it looked like the main rotor head from a 600 or so and main blades from a 450

They were very protective, once the thing stopped they slapped a big spinner over it. He saw me pointing a camera that way waiting for it to spin down and turned so he was blocking me to put the spinner on. Of course, when its spinning slow 1600/sec shutter speed it may as well been stopped :D

Escapade MX 30cc ARF by Great Planes

I fly 3D with 3D planes. This is not a 3D plane IMO, its a sport flyer. And a nice one.

Escapade MX 30cc ARF by Great Planes

What do you want to know? It flies nicely. Very stable, fairly wide speed range, has to be forced to stall and even when it does its a non-event. Takeoff and landing are easy. Its a nice Sunday flyer, more serious folks will want more bevel to get more throw but it does what its designed for...

    Tech-aero IBEC question

@Terryscustom DSM2 wasn't so much susceptible to outside interference as it was swamping from too many 2.4 systems in use (huge events like Nall and IRCHA). It's just as immune to ignition interference or metal rods rubbing together as any other 2.4 system.

Quite nicely. Scale like, you need rudder to make turns good. Fully articulating landing gear is cool, I taxi on the grass just to watch it work. Going to try some glider towing with it soon.

    JR 921 receivers

Do you have a DSM2 satellite rx? You can't mix and match. On the 93/9503's there's no menu for protocol, it tries to bind in DSMX, if the rx doesn't respond it switches to DSM2 Also, the remote cables are a weak spot, try a different remote cable and I'd have to look at the 921 to recall but...

    Giant Scale Towplanes that died.

A lot more takeoff's and landings than an average plane and then you kind of have to trust the glider pilot, it's hard to fly the tow plane and see what the glider is doing till you get up and away a little bit and we all know if things are going to go bad its probably immediately after takeoff

    Pilot RC Skywolf

It's a blast to fly especially if you reflex the ailerons up and the flaps down. Flew one with a DLE-55 and it was a hoot.
