    Do I need to run xbus servos? or will any servos work with xbus. If the xg6 will fly a 40% then what is the selling point of bigger channel radios? does the xbus take care of balancing the servos if the radio doesn't have that feature?

    I finally know what it feels like to be sliced bread. Two young men from the college were at the field tonight when I went out and thought that I did some pretty nice flying. I even had to put an extra flight on the yak cause the one fella called his wife to come out and watch me fly...

    I run a 12 volt car battery in my plane . plenty of power for days of flying.

    that's nice where did you get it? I used a tackle box but it is needing replaced for all the extra stuff that needs to go to the field

    I was just looking over the savox specs for 1270 hv and 1283. the 1270 is cheaper(chief aircraft) , faster , more torque and .84 oz lighter. Is lipo the only choice to run these servos at hv?
