    Spektrum DX18

As above, I am loving the easy to setup mixes, Multi point curves for awesome KE performance are a breeze. 2 button click for throttle kill curve for my electrics I am digging alot.

    Spektrum DX18

Mine was a necessity. I dropped my dx7 from head height (6' 2") onto Tarmac while closing the boot of my car. Just didn't want to trust it after a fall like that.

It's amazing. Certainly a huge jump over the dx7, and my flying has improved already. The larger easier to hold body and more sturdy sticks have resulted in a vast stability jump in hovers and pointed rolls. Super happy with it so far.

3DHS --FLY LOW-- Always OFF TOPIC

I sure do, however flying anything over 48" starts to get a little hairy. A KE Pass with the edge is uhhhhh... Interesting to say the least. Our field has been closed down by the local council, so we have been shifted off to a small local park, it is rather small and lined on all 4 sides...

So nuts in fact, that I have almost clicked on a 57" 330SC, despite having no-where to fly it when I eventually get home.

3DHS --FLY LOW-- Always OFF TOPIC

Its been almost 5 months since I last flew my Edge 540. Poor thing is sitting in storage on the other side of the world, locked in my hobby room. At least I was smart enough to take my TX with me and a copy of Phoenix.

    I feel kind embarrased

I love the 40-50" planes. You can't just throw up a 70+" plane anywhere; like I do with my 48" edge. Modern "littlies" can do anything the larger planes can do.

    The 3DRCForums -Discuss Anything Thread-

Update on the drill. Reverse polarity = smoke from one of the lipos... Not sure why the drill just didn't run backwards though... :crying:

The 3DRCForums -OFF TOPIC- Thread Damn battery has died on my drill, luckily I found a 6s solution. On 6s 30c 1300maH's she bloody rocks. Awesome!
