    Here is a place to by Kevlar cord and crimping sleeves. Seems cheaper than the RC packed stuff. As to the weight of a set of 1mm pull pull cables, they are less than 10 grams.

    You really need a 22x8, This is what I use on mt DA-50, is that not a popular size? If I didn't have ground clearance issues, I would get the 23x8. The painted ones look fantastic!
