3D foamy for up to 15 mph winds!

No sales, I just like to help people avoid the pitfalls I have faced. Messing with cool RC planes cost big bucks these days. I wish it didn't cost so much, and I am currently working on bringing a great 3d plane to market that's affordable to just about anyone ink the hobby. Good luck on your...

That is funny. I know the glue you speak of. I have seen it on many of the entry level planes I have purchased in the past. Looks like 2% watery milk meets watered down Elmer's school glue. The stuff dries hard as a rock, and I often wondered exactly what kind of glue it really is.

3D foamy for up to 15 mph winds!

I you are looking for a plane to grab and go a little 48" plane (Extra, Edge, Slick, Ect.) would be perfect. Any of them are good from EF, 3DHS, RedWing, Piot, PAU, AeroPlus. If you want a great Gyro Get the Cortex. Also if you want to move it from plane to plane (set up between planes is simple...

Cant you move one pack behind the tube, and slide the other forward to even the load. As to the prop, those heavy gas props have to be hard on the motor right. I love the Falcon Beech wood props for electrics. They are nice and light, and make tons of thrust. Remember if you go over the 20X8...

I have many electrics and plan to fly the gas planes when the electric are charging. I have 8 packs for my 12S setup, this gives me for 7 mins flights, and when the packs are flown off, I am standing there waiting. I charge all my packs at 1C so they take a while. I thought Jeff said his DA50...

Depending on the gyro, it can be used as a wind canceler. I hear that people say gyros are cheating, I disagree. Gyros are the future of RC fixed wing aircraft. I remember when helicopters were all but impossible to fly before gyros. Now they are as common as a lipo pack, Also gyros have had a...

    72" Extra 330SC

I would mill the standoff so it has flat sides to fit the motor box. It will still hold the motor square to the motor box, without modifying the airframe. I am sure it will work either way, but it would be easy to buy a new standoff one day, however to fix the motor box, it would be quite...
