    I would start over, and that's not as bad as it sounds, reset sub trims and mainly end points on both channels to zero. Eye ball the servos at zero and make sure they are close. If you can make the mechanical adjustment on the rods to get the surfaces to match. Then start programming...

    That's the one. 1 in 3 chance I'm out. 3 dates for them to choose a board meeting. I have to be on call...we'll see. I like to drive up on Wed. Can't do 20 hours driving for one day and get back to work on Monday. We'll see how it plays out.
