    Just remaidened my spitfire. Went well, up until landing. I forgot how well it glides, overshot and hit a football pushing iron thing. Nothing happened except the wing popped off so I had to go home because I hadn't thought to bring a screwdriver. Gotta love foam! :peace:

    Really? That's odd. All I had to do was take off, do 5 circuits and 5 figure 8s, then land. I aced it the first time :) everyone was saying congrats and I was like what??? I can fly inverted a fot off the deck and you think its good that I can fly circles?

    Does helping someone's flying count? I helped an older guy at my club with his micro heli, he couldn't figure out which way it was going at times so I told him.

    :grrreat:...........but I don't think ill get it, ill get 6. Most people probably won't update so fast. There will still be huckin addicts on RF6 for a few months.

    Yeah I know about that thread. Ill download those planes when I get RF in a month. The aeroworks bipe did fly nicely though.

    Hmmm....... I only flew the aeroworks 150cc bipe and the 51 slick. The bipe was awesme to fly , but seemed a bit easy to hover. The slick was not very fun. Lots of rudder needed for KE and it seemed a bit underpowered, pop-tops were lame. It was also extremely hard to hover.

    Spend a half hour on RF6 at the LHS yesterday, and it seemed quite easy. Does skill in a sim translate into skill for flying? If it does I'm better than I thought lol. Still no rolling harriers but precision and tumbles I had pretty well down. Even a bit of rifle rollers.

    Don't just test to see if the surfaces work. Test if they are going in the right direction. Seen this mistake and its usually fatal.

    Man I really wanna fly! I tested my 36" EPP wing with a KFM2 airfoil in the backyard and it kicks ass! Flew perfectly! Aw man I'm so happy! First scratchbuild I have done that has flown decently. Its got the crack yak motor, ESC, and batteries and two 13g servos that I got at the LHS today. :D...
