    Rear wing pins need an approximately .038 inside diameter sleeve to slide into. 3/8" aluminum tubing has the outside diameter but not the inside. No exact reamer size so I drilled the inside diameter. 4 different sizes and needed id was made. Feather weight tube after being drilled...

    Made wing supports today. Last big hurdle is getting the upper cabin area built. Which means getting everything squared, leveled with the wings.

    Bolts were too big for the routed grove and no other bit for router so I widened the grooves with my mini mill.

    I used a router to groove adjustable slots. Center of router was 2" so used a 123 block to center my risers. A little rough around the edges, literally, but did not have a plunge router, nor have I used a router in decades.
