Aerobeez 70″ Slick PRO Step By Step Build Guide

You can think of C reading as the size of the pipe. The higher the C rating, the larger the diameter of pipe. Capacity is the size of the tank, and the motor is how powerful your water pump is. I like TP packs because they're light, they last forever, and they seem to hold very close to their...

What are you guys lighting your Night Planes with?

Keep in mind you may also need to use an appropriate resistor for each LED depending on which LED bulb you go with. I tend to use superbrightleds.com for my LED needs.

What are you guys lighting your Night Planes with?

My lighting system is a custom made unit with off the shelf components. I don't recall which LED's I used but they can be operated through a wide voltage range which lets you dim them down or crank up the intensity.

A higher C rated pack will be more tolerant to the power flow, so theoretically because you aren't taxing you packs as hard, you should be able to squeeze a bit more flight time out of it.

What are you guys lighting your Night Planes with?

How much light you throw onto your airplane is up to you. Aurora makes probably the brightest lighting systems out there so if it's super illumination then they're the kits you want. For a guy like me, that's far too much light and I'd probably chase after something that's a lot softer as far as...

You can still use a mini camera to film an airplane. We just want to know how it punches out of a hover :) As far as the action cameras go, having used both the GoPro and our S60... I much rather the S60 just based upon the features and price point. Comes with a waterproof hard case, a screen...

I agree. That's generally where I aim as a minimum but 180 watts/lb seems to be working for me. I would probably change up props and squeeze more power out of the setup, still eyeing that Falcon 19x10 carbon prop....

I'm managing ~180 watts/lb with plenty of power to huck. 300+ watts/lb is gonna be insane!
