Discussion The I’m going out flying thread 2018
I reached over the prop to turn a switch and it got me. Leather glove, restraint, all of that was being used but it still got me while I was by myself. Funny thing is chilling the damage with the ice cup worked so well I was able to consider loading my idling plane before I headed to emergency...- dhal22

Discussion The I’m going out flying thread 2018
The last time I flew by myself I caught my arm with a 45cc propeller. I was extremely lucky as I literally iced my arm with a full cup of Taco Bell ice and froze the damage. I still have the scars today as a reminder. Please be careful when you fly by yourself.- dhal22
