Not much help in suggesting the latest and greatest IPA as I have so many local brands to choose from. Drinking a Night on Ponce IPA now but can't wait to get me a 6 pack of Monday Night Brewing Eye Patch IPA. Both excellent beers.- dhal22

What Wheels to use for 35% plane?
I think aluminum landing gear is far more helpful than softer tires when you get to landing hard enough to tear out the gear. I've never torn out landing gear, other than retracts, but my last 100cc plane survived many harder landings without damage due to the aluminum gear.- dhal22

What Wheels to use for 35% plane?
It's heavier and not as pretty but aluminum landing gear is best for shock absorption. Nothing against the well made and pretty White Rose wheels but not into bling and prefer the softer Skylight wheels.- dhal22

Absolutely stuck on the local Atlanta based Monday Night Brewing Eye Patch Ale. Best $9/6 pack IPA there is, I've stopped buying the $14 Skulpin. Haven't flown any this spring yet as I'm too busy coaching my son's baseball team and wrapping up my workshop construction. Doesn't mean I can't...- dhal22

Sorry, I now see helicopter 'motor' instead of engine. Just assumed engine due to classic pattern in general. Good to have a couple of other old pattern fans on this forum.- dhal22

Drove to my wife's alma mater (Clemson) today and tailgated some before the spring football game. Also did some bar hopping and one of the great bars there had Skulpin IPA. I couldn't believe it. Yummy.- dhal22
