    I love the burn of CA glue. I've been building planes for 34 years (I mostly use Titebond, Hysol, epoxy, etc) but CA fumes always takes me back to the beginning. That and the smell of nitro/castor burning.

    No, it's mine. It has a bathroom which will be soon not guest friendly after the room fills up with planes so part of the deal was to install another bathroom in the basement. That is underway as well.

    I went cheap on the flooring but it goes in quick. Soon I can start working on build tables and equipment work benches. Moving along well in my opinion.

    He started his own 1 man company, he's worked for one of my regular contractors for years. Glad to find him available. Now to start planning the layout. It will be a combination woodshop/airplane building room.
