    Aerobeez Slick 70 PRO

Haven't flown the 3DHS Slick (or any 3DHS airplane ever) so I can't comment, but here is what I think of this airplane: My first impressions with this airplane is that it was an awesome sport flying airplane. It would do awesome aerobatics on low rates and track straight as an arrow no matter...

    Parallel Charging Pros and Cons

Well the cost could be justified depending on the gear you buy, cause when you have to buy a high powered charger, AC power supply, and a generator, $1000 worth of batteries is pretty cheap!:banghead: I have a 650 watt generator I take to the field that I got pretty inexpensively...

    Servo problem

What do the ESC's data logs say? Post them up if you can. Knocking in flight indicates that the ESC might be losing sync for a split second. I tend to veer away from larger Castle ESC's and stick with Jeti.

Aerobeez 70″ Slick PRO Step By Step Build Guide

Final weigh in... 773 grams! So it's under TP's weight rating. Not sure what my Zippy packs weigh, will have to pull them out tomorrow and check. The cost to me is justified due to their performance alone. Never have I heard from any of my friends that they perform as good or at average to...

It actually says on the pack that it is capable of 12C max charge rates. Not that I really have the power to charge it at 60 amps  but I can still do 6C. Which by my calculations, will take 15-20 minutes to charge. I have a feeling I may be spoiled by the power this pack puts out... Might...

    Parallel Charging Pros and Cons

It won't be able to balance each of the individual cells. You're paralleling several sets of cells and if there are variances in voltages between them then you're set for disaster. We at Hitec never recommend them (certainly not for any of our chargers), and I personally would never suggest...

    Parallel Charging Pros and Cons

The problem lies with the condition and voltage of each of the individual cells. If everything isn't at very near exacting values when you plug everything together, you can wind up overcharging one cell or not fully charging another, which of course can be disastrous to the pack...

Aerobeez 64" 20% Scale Electric Conversion MXS-R At Joe Nall 2015

"SFG's" or Side Force Generators as they were originally coined are just vertical wingtips that help smooth out the vortexes that roll off of the wingtips. Airliners have them to help aid in stability when in the air and for turns, but we use them to help with high alpha knife edge as well as...

    Parallel Charging Pros and Cons

Like I said, I avoid those like the plague. Too much margin for error, I'm not risking a $60 device even with my $200+ batteries

Actually it's a 5.2 V8. Which is also a bulletproof engine. Would really like to find a 1998 Grand Cherokee 5.9L Unicorn one day... Needed the V8 incase I got a trailer I wanted to tow..

    Parallel Charging Pros and Cons

Well I normally fly every half hour or so. Standing out in the sun is killer sometimes. At 4C I can have a pack charged every 20 minutes-ish so they'll be ready to go when I want to fly.

I had the water pump on my jeep completely fail, which of course spit the serpentine out on the road without my knowing, and simultaneously tore a sizable chunk out of the radiator and fan shroud. And then the fan got wedged between the radiator and the engine block which bent the fan and made...
