So my 20 some odd year old fish scale said my sukhoi weighs 18-1/2 lbs. just checked it on my nice digital bathroom scale and it says it weighs 15.8 lbs. if that's the case this thing should have some grunt coming out of a Hoover.- BalsaDust

So this is the fuel filler I mentioned yesterday that I made. Pretty simple to make and I think will work well. Got two props drilled today for my DLE55 on my sukhoi. Guys looked at me kinda funny when I came walking through the gate with them. Changed the deans connectors my flight packs and on the booma rc switch over to EC3 style like I use on everything else Also made up a fuel filler port but more...- BalsaDust

Tanner what is the plane supposed to weigh once RTF??? I run that same size motor on one of my profiles except mine is 900KV. I pull 42amps with a 13x6.5 APC on 3S 2200mah and pull 48amps on a 12x6 APC with 4S 2200mah. -

Sounds like it could be a good fit for my Midwest cap 232 kit I have. Seems I have read they can be built fairly light stock and I see lots of places in it to save weight.
