    Made a dash and covered it with vinyl fabric from Jo Ann fabrics, used 3m Super 77 contact cement to attach to the balsa dash. This will be glued it after the windows are installed. The vinyl is folded over on itself to form the lip and give a finished appearance.

    What glue did you decide to use for the fabric? Bought fabric for my dash top and while I ask the women what glue would work on the fabric, she recommended E6000, did a test with it and it does not work, I'm thinking 3M 77 contact cement.

    The door is on the right side of airplane so the window is a little different. Radiused the corners, should have plenty of room to install the dash. The side window plugs are drying out, the windshield has a ways to go, on to sanding.

    All three plugs basking in the sun, it will take a few days to dry out. Mix a little over a quart per 4 pounds of plaster, a gallon and half in the windshield alone.

    The plug for the windshield took 24 pounds of plaster. Was hoping to be a little smaller but that is not the case. Put some foam inside to minimize plaster. The suggested mold release works great, the side window plugs just about fell out.
