    I should mention that the 42% That I built (orange one above) cam in at 27.5lbs. I am flying it with a DA100L stock exaust. Last year at the Des Moins Huck fest the motor died to low to the ground and it went in the corn. I fixed it and flew many times after but know it weighs 27.8lbs:)

    If I was to use one i would use the Robart. With that said I would save your money and use the datam line or the top of the fuse without the hatch on. You can use a long 6' staight edge but make sure it true and not bowed or use a string line in same manner and measyre down from it to LE and TE...

    Stabs on 33%. I use epoxy only. Not much for poly on sheeting as to heavy and moves around to much. As always its best to do your own tests.

    I stopped using ply cauls some time ago. I just stick foam and shucks in bag a pull them to 6hg. Thickness has been as thin as 1.5" on shucks with all great results.
