104" AJ Slick Building, Flying, and Questions

If/when you mangle the aluminum landing gear reinforcements, you will need to make new ones. When you make the new ones, you can save some weight but cutting off the unused areas. As you can see from the FEA, the corners have no effect. Stock type:

It has zero effect on the stiffness and strength. And when you do it, it gives you better access to the screws:

Got a good day of flying on the 104. Finally getting her dialed in! Also gave Hugocraft a pull on her. I think it gave him more motivation to get his 103 build finished.
