Very nice. What kind of milling tools are you using to make the parts?

I have a Grizzly combo lathe and mill. I have had it for 5 years now and love it.

And all wood is hand cut, not laser cutting here!!

Sounds good. I do almost all my test flights at the AMA headquarters in Muncie IN. which is about 50 minutes away. I usually have a few days of playing around with taxi testing and system testing. Then have 3 dozen Capt. and Cokes to grow a pair, and then get her in the air. Well, I may be kidding about growing a pair, and maybe the capt. and cokes. That's for after the maiden.

So far I am right on schedule.

This is the nose gear. This was the hardest thing I have ever designed and built in my life. The math to get all the parts to work was crazy. Just nuts!!!

This is the main gear pod stuff, and the cut-out for the wing in the fuse, which was a big pain in the butt!!!!!
