To guys like @DAG214 and @Terryscustom , I only have one thing to say.......

Then stuff I build is a walk in the park......this kind of building is amazing!

Here is the start of the aileron. The hinge pin will be a 4-40 bolt shaft with a little thread left for the bolt. The hinge will slide in and out of the wing while I build it. Once the wing and aileron is done I will add the bolt into the blind-nut which holds the hinge in through a small hatch in the bottom of the wing.
