It seems that the Sioux City Speed Trap camera jerks caught me "speeding" on the way down to the Cornhuck even though I didn't see the sign and I was just going with the flow of traffic. I wasn't gonna pay it because they can't physically prove that we were in the vehicle but the wife made me pay it.
