2015 WRAM Show!

Here's some of the cool new products I saw as well. While there's plenty of amazing new things, here's what caught my interest and made my wishlist...
First things first. 2015 Spektrum transmitter updates and new releases! 6 and 7 have dramatic updates while the 9 and 18 just got facelifts and minor programming. I like shiny new things (as well as matte black finishes) so rest assured THE 18 STEALTH WILL BE MINE...
Graupner telemetry. What really stood out is their real time fuel flow sensor and real time milliamp usage! Also new standard transmitters as well as tray style and their super chargers (bottom shelf.)
King Motor and Rovan RC's new 1/5th scale gas buggies, trucks, and short course. I've had these in the past as well as the original HPI products and at about half the cost, these are pretty close to the real deal at a fraction of the cost.
Apparently this is what they call an $18k commercial quad?! I'm gonna say that ignorance is bliss...
I typically use a standard JEM dot or Miracle dot for both fuel and smoke but something about this was intriguing. Rather than a dot that pops out while flying or separates entirely, the Sullivan pop out fueler is basically a one piece solution purpose built for giant scale gassers. Apparently the interior housing has a captured bearing as well as a series of O-rings that are engaged/disengaged for fueling. Still trying to wrap my head around it but I left with a sample (courtesy of Will the brand manager) and will do a little testing in the near future.
Another Sullivan product that I've seen in print but never in person. Having really checked them out, these will find a place in my trailer in the near future!! The keyed mounts secure the plane by the axles but still allow them to be quickly released. Able to mount on the floor as well as the wall, they're also available in multiple sizes.
Just a few of the new release planes from Horizon I've had my eye on. The Rare Bear boasts 100mph out of the box?! The night visionaire is the BNF solution to night flying, and the WhipIt is the awesome intro to DLG for guys like me that don't want to build one or spend $300 to get one put together.
Last but not least is for the hard core do-it-yourself guy. missed the vendor's name but the fact that you can 3d print or laser cut from your desktop is obviously opening a whole new world of what's possible!

Great seeing you in NJ week before last Supatim! It's a shame you didn't get a pic of us at the IMAC booth but we understand it was hard to get in close due to the giant crowd lined up to get info :bull: LOL... but it was real cool meeting up with you again. Guess w should have got some selfies with ya and got in on the contest early

The show was great! I did go, and it being my first show, it seemed epic in my eyes. The fliers from around New Jersey, are liking he show less and less but it think it is awesome!
