Get yourself the Trim App in the App and Play stores, it's $0.99 but it will help you trim out your airplane and make it fly like an arrow.

My first thought is that your CG may still be off, and you may need to adjust your vertical CG as well.

I have relocated the 2 5000mah batteries so they are as close to the top of the fuselage as they can be for where the plane balances. Will be a week or two before I have time to test the theory.

Moving the batts higher will help somewhat with the rolling of the plane in knife edge especially if it's heavy in the belly. Sounds like you want to move the batts forward though more to allow the plane to carry a little bit more up trim causing the plane to naturally pull more to the canopy when your flying knife edge. The cause of this is not having enough dihedral in the wings, if you look at quiques old 3w yak it had a lot of dihedral amongst other things that were in the design to make it fly true. To be honest a point mix solves the headaches of having to make one thing right to sacrifice another .

You running servos in tail? I have both 5000 batteries in motor box in front of gas tanks and have a white rose weighted prop hub to balance mine out.
