3D Training Info

Does anyone know of a site that has good concise information on 3D moves, how to execute and stick movement? Videos of the moves would be a bonus.

I'm new to 3D, just bought my first gasser and just want to start learning. Have a couple of friends at field that help but want to be able to work on it while at home on sim.

Simulator is good. But transferring it from the sim to real life is the chore. But, once you have an idea of how to do something, keep burning that gasoline!

But the best instruction out there is a foamy.
