Any of you guys have any experience with the "T-motor" brand from hobbypartz? I'm looking for a motor to go in that twisted hobbies slick and have an order for some batts at hobbypartz so thought I could save a buck on shipping. I do not want to waste my money on a garbage motor, esp when its $30 so any input is appreciated. Thanks!

the TH motor is a vary good motor and is the same price. I would just go with it.

I agree. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the Hobbypartz motor, but why risk it when TH has a perfectly good motor that's tried and tested?

He's exploring new options... nothing wrong with that! I'm sure at some point, people probably said the same thing about Motrolfly! I don't know about the T-Motor myself, but as has been stated, the TH products are known, tested, and warrantied by an awesome company, so they're obviously the safest bet.
That said, sometimes its fun to experiment... trust me, I've been there. Remember all my testing of the SunnySky motors?
Just gotta know what you're doing: testing a new motor = risk. Sometimes there is reward, sometimes you lose.

True. It all depends what you're trying to do. However, I read "don't want to spend money on garbage" as him not wanting to take risks.

T-motors are great. Lots and lots of guys use them in the multi-rotor helis and love them. I wouldn't hesitate on one of them. Now those exceed motors that they sell... Not a fan.

Well... I ended up with a 2012 A6 for a bit. Originally gave me a 2012 A8L to borrow.... but kinda wanted something faster, so they loaned me the A6 Had an S4 to borrow a few months ago... 'twas a stick

The Q5 is still an amazing car!!! It's way better than the A8L/Suburban (switch off) I usually drive!!! The A8Ls been a lemon.

I just had an outstanding experience with Altitude Hobbies! I missed their black friday sale and wanted to buy an esc. Garret told me to email them and he could help me out. So I emailed him and he gave me the deal anyway. That is awesome customer service!

Also, I got my order confirmation at 7:30 and my shipping confirmation at 7:41! That's pretty good if you ask me!

Servos, motor, switches, and batteries come next week. Dwight got me a smartfly system for it, so it looks like ill be set... Only problem, plane is 400 miles away!
