Closest truck stop will be about 15min away I think....the same location as the popular lodging...so not too far.

Sweeet!!!! Last year I was at IRCHA on my birthday but this year I'll be at Knoxville. This will be the 3rd visit with a visit each year

Might have to rig up a redneck/hobo shower like they had at Cape Girardeau, Missouri Fly-Low which I thought was awesome and great! A quick 5 min shower to get all the sweat and sunscreen off made me feel a ton better each night and made camping alot better.

A couple gallon jugs of water for your shower and a bucket with the bottom cut out for your pooper. Problem solved!!:thumbup:

One of the best investments i have made is the cheap solar shower from Walmart and the tent shower enclosure for it. Fill it up and leave it in the sun all them you have a nice hot shower in the evening.

We have NICE field with almost 3000ft of grass...and we light it UP at night so you can comfortably fly anything you want, just like it's daytime!!

EVERYONE is Welcome - GIANT SCALE to FOAMIES........It's a full on 3D event.....no flying rules besides the normal safety stuff!

Camping is welcome starting Wednesday night. Dry camping, no hookups.

The field is CLOSE to both I-40 and I-75 in Knoxville. Multiple Lodging choices are available within 15 miles of the field...
