Joe, just strip it and go with Ultra Yellow. That stuff stays on in a hurricane.

Here you go.... Notice only the yellow ripped and not on seem lines. I did a 3/8 overlap on all my seems. Frustrating! I sure hope hobby services takes care of this. I have another plane in my shop that is just about done with a complex covering scheme that had cub yellow on it. I checked it over and sure enough the same thing, only the cub yellow is not sticking. And yes I took off the clear backing.. Lol.

Okay, Sorry I did not get this post done sooner but I was in a rush to get to the St. George fun fly. Everyone I would like to formally introduce Bernice (bringer of victory). She flies like a dream! She was up against some great planes at her debut event and brought home the pilots choice award! This project was a great challenge for me and I could not have done it without the advice and ideas of some great friends and the amazing support of my wife and daughters.
