Just found this and resubscribed. I forget some of the threads I was subscribed to. Guess it will take a little time to get back up to par.

I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep .They were talking about the lunar eclipse on the news last night and I can't get it out of my mind.

Saw a little bit of the eclipse this morning on the way out.

Guess who finally got off their ass? No better motivator than laying in a hospital bed bored out of your ever lovin' mind. Went out flying the last two days. Windy as heck, but had fun anyways. Took the AW 85cc Extra out Saturday and my DA35 powered Stik out yesterday. Shawn and I always have a blast with the Stiks doing formation flying and mock dogfights. He ended up crashing his on a full power low pass that got a bit too low. The engine landed almost 300' away from the wreckage. Here are a few pics.

 Prop embedded hub end first close to 4" deep, took a good pull to get it out. Not sure how in ended up in the ground like that.

As for the build I got back to it today, I will post a few pics later on. Now that I am home from work for a cycle I hope to have it done by the end of the week. My plan is to lay low and let things heal from my surgery. I was a little too active on the weekend with going out to the field and managed to get things bleeding a bit again, so it is time to behave.

Be careful with the bleeding. I wasn't and got an infection. Talk about pain.
