more pics.The wing ribs were a neat thing to build. I made them out of ply and used a piece of cardboard to make a template out of the very outside of the wing as to get the curve right..LOTS of sizing,fitting,then more sanding..Then more sanding..and again,more sanding loll
So I Didn't get pics of how i installed the sheeting.Was a neat (to me)process shown to me by Mel Scoggins. Would cut out small pieces and glue them on the underside of what was there already,to make a "shelf" or bracket so the sheeting would match up and be somewhat level..Sanding,sanding,sanding.. Then I used that hobby putty to fill in the small gaps from adding the sheeting patches.Wait=(rum and coke,repeat) for the putty to dry,then sand.
The "BEST" way for the covering would have been to pull all of the covering and start over I know. I couldnt afford to do that so I just made do,and learned the art of patching.
